RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Unworn/undamaged merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase/receipt.  (Exceptions: orders placed November 1 to December 31 for holiday gift giving---exchange is extended until January 31)

Simply make a copy of your invoice which was included with your order, write a brief note of what you wish for us to do, and ship back in a box. not a regular envelope.

Be sure with jewelry items that they are protected, as damaged items can not be given any credit.  DO NOT SHIP IN A REGULAR ENVELOPE.  You will not be given credit for jewelry items that are unprotected in a paper envelope.

A credit for returns will be issued to the credit card given with the original order. For exchanges, there will be a return shipping cost billed to your credit card equal to its portion of the original shipping charge.

Be aware that the exchange process can take several weeks, especially for popular items that may be temporarily sold out.
