Return / Exchange Policy
Unworn/undamaged merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase/receipt. (Exceptions: orders placed November 1 to December 31 for holiday gift giving---exchange is extended until January 31) We do not accept returns on INTERNATIONAL orders.
Simply make a copy of your invoice which was included with your order, write a brief note of EXCHANGE or RETURN. Pack and ship in USPS Priority mail box to:

Be sure any jewelry items are properly protected, as damaged items will not be given any credit. DO NOT SHIP IN A REGULAR ENVELOPE. You will not be given credit for jewelry items that are unprotected in a paper envelope.
As a security measure, our staff has no access to your payment information other than the type of card used and the last 4 digits. Only the returns staff has the ability to access for refunds.
- FOR RETURNS: Your choice of merchandise credit or refund to original form of payment
- FOR EXCHANGES: Include details of the size change you desire and a form of payment for return shipping. Without payment, a merchandise credit will be issued for the item only.
Be aware that the EXCHANGE process can take several weeks, especially for popular items that may be temporarily sold out.
If it is determined that a customer has a high pattern of returns, a 10% restock fee may be applied.
